We don't have access to the city/county requirements, as we are a drafting company only. Each permitting/building office across the U.S. determines the requirements for each type of permit. We suggest contacting your permitting office to verify their requirements. You might also want to check with them to see if they will accept a non-certified site plan.
While our plans are great for permitting and widely accepted by building departments across the country, they are not certified, stamped, sealed or signed. If your city/county requires this, you may need to hire a local architect, engineer or surveyor to draw your plans.
